Procedure Description:
A 20 year old female underwent an open rhinoplasty with a hump reduction, dome binding sutures to narrow and define the tip, a columellar strut to support the tip, a tip graft for added support and internal weir excisions to narrow the nasal base. The columellar strut and the tip graft were obtained from the septal cartilage.
