Dr. Bustillo, As you know, I am a nurse at the surgery center where you operate. I had wanted to have my nose operated since I was a teenager, but I was very afraid to undergo the surgery. However, since I first saw your work in the operating room, I knew that I wanted you to do my surgery. I knew your were the right one right away. It’s been 7 months since I had the surgery with you and I am so happy that I did the surgery. I had no idea the experience was going to be this wonderful. You took the time to explain everything from the beginning to the end. Everything you said was right on from the painless recovery to the minimal to no bruising. How do you do it?? I would like to thank you and your staff for providing a comfortable, caring and non-pretentious atmosphere. The culture in your office is amazing. Last, but not least, I love my new nose. It’s everything I ever wanted and more. It’s not too small, it’s not to big and the tip is perfect. It turned out exactly how you said it was going to look like. I cannot thank you enough!
